On behalf of the Beautillion Steering Committee and The 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, Inc., we congratulate you on being selected as a member of the Beautillion Militaire Scholarship Program Class of 2020! We look forward to an exciting program year!
The Beautillion Experience
During your Beautillion experience, you as a Beau will be presented with a variety of self- improvement topics such as wealth creation, personal financial management, post-secondary educational opportunities, preparing for college and multinational awareness. You will attend cultural activities, build peer relationships and be exposed to multiple career development activities through career mentors from the 100 Black Men and others who share your professional career interest. You will also receive information that builds knowledge and skills about health, religion, dating, relationships, and other topics that will enhance your preparedness for manhood, including completing your Man Plan.
The program will culminate with the Beautillion Militaire Scholarship Dinner on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at the JW Marriott Downtown Indianapolis. This is a Formal Community Recognition event that gives this year’s class an opportunity to showcase your creative talents, drill precision and scholastic achievements as well as a symbolic Rites of Passage ceremony inducting you into manhood. The Beaus in formal wear will demonstrate courtesy and respect for others that are hallmarks of a true gentleman. Your family and friends are encouraged to attend this event and support your fundraising efforts.
